    Add servers in game menu

This is something I've been doing for years where I add servers into GameMenu.res to make connecting to and switching between servers super easy. To get the TimetoKill link's setup like above: Download this VPK and place it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\custom Restart CS:S If you want to customize the menu with additional links :

Working out the details and the way the rosters will be set up. Pretty much just need a few days to work out a a plan. But so far it will be a DUOS tournament random partners will be chosen with a number pick. In order for that to happen I'll need everyone who will be participating to leave a comment saying "I'm a chicken winner" Prizes are $20.00 Steam Cards for top 3 DUOS team winners. I myself am excluded from the tournament prizes but will be participating in it. Stay tuned for more details and the official rules and what not. (Details are still being worked on time is still needed on how to plan this properly)

    GunGame map and voting suggestions

First of all, thanks for the invite to the community. I play on the Gungame server (ranked 18th last I checked) and imho, it's the best around:) I do have a few suggestions for maps and the vote process though (hope this is the right place to leave them): Remove Maps: Just plain bad: ar_warehouse ar_baggage ar_bank ar_sugarcane ar_stmarc ar_safehouse Most people hate: ar_ravenholmsewers ar_aztec_towers ar_neonlights Suggestions for the map vote: The voting process is cumbersome and creates too many opportunities for you to lose the round to meet the "thoughtful" voting objective, which then makes you not want to vote or vote spam to clear the vote box; which then makes the map cycle shitty, when then results in less players staying on the server or telling others about it. 1. The vote map box is way too big I. The vote box is gigantic on my 4:3 setup. It is a major distraction at best and gets me killed at worst. a. Re-size it to half its current size b. Re-position it to the lower left corner or underneath your weapon 2. Change the timing of the vote I. Have the vote for next map happen during warm-up or at the beginning of the round II. The message accompanying the vote is great. That being said, based upon when the vote happens most people don't consider their vote. Additionally, the vote happening near the end of the round assures that anyone near winning the round will: a. Not vote at all b. Random vote to remove the box c. Or get distracted trying to do either/both...and then lose the round. 3. There are too many vote options I. Adding less options may be a way to reduce the vote box size II. Having at most (3) maps ensures a more thoughtful vote III. Maps should not receive the option to be voted upon if they have been played the (3) rounds prior to the vote 4. The keys for voting need to be changed I. Keys 4 - 8 are not typical "go to" keys for most players a. This makes deliberate voting take "too much time" (Points 2 and 3) b. If thoughtful votes are the goal; I want that time to be spent on the map I'm voting for, not which key I need to press to vote for it II. Change the vote keys to F1 - F4 a. To keep people from vote spamming the options i. Use F1 to clear the vote box. Maybe with the message "I don't give a shit..." ii. Or, F1 could be used as a random vote option which clears the vote box for the spammers and doesn't really ruin the vote. I think that implementing these suggestions can only make this server more popular with people new to it and to those us who play on it regularly. Thanks for reading and thanks for the invite to the community. Terminal
